How do I migrate my Highlight Card customer list?
Highlight Card exports a member CSV from their dashboard. Upload it during Loop Customer onboarding — we match on email so existing customers keep their stamp progress.
Will my customers notice the switch?
They'll see a new pass design (or the same one, rebuilt in Loop's editor — the formats are interchangeable). The wallet pass updates on their phone automatically once they scan the new Loop QR for the first time.
Is Loop Customer really free, or is it a trial?
Genuinely free, forever, for a single counter. The paid tiers ($29/mo Local, $79 Multi-shop, $149 Chain) only kick in when you outgrow what the free tier gives you.
I'm not in the US — does Loop bill in my currency?
