Loop Customer text messages

Loop Customer is a digital loyalty-card platform operated by HORFTECH. When you join a participating business’s loyalty card, you can choose to receive text messages about your card and rewards. This page explains exactly what those messages are, how you opt in, and how to stop them.

What you’ll receive

Messages are sent on behalf of the specific business whose loyalty card you joined. They include transactional and loyalty updates such as:

  • Sign-up confirmation

    Daybreak Coffee: You're in! Show this card at checkout to collect stamps. Reply STOP to opt out.

  • Stamp progress

    Daybreak Coffee: Nice — that's 4 of 8 stamps. 4 more for a free drink!

  • Reward unlocked

    Daybreak Coffee: Reward unlocked! Show this text for your free drink. Enjoy ☕

  • Occasional offers

    Daybreak Coffee: Double-stamp weekend is on — swing by Sat or Sun!

How you opt in

Joining is always your choice. You opt in by checking an unchecked consent box when you sign up for a business’s loyalty card — either by scanning that business’s QR code or visiting its Loop Customer sign-up page (for example, loopcustomer.com/join/…). The consent box reads:

“I agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from this business about my loyalty card and offers at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies (up to 6 msgs/week). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”

We do not send marketing texts to anyone who has not checked this box, and consent is never a condition of buying anything.

Frequency, rates, and stopping messages

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies and may include up to 6 messages per week per business.
  • Rates:Msg & data rates may apply. Loop Customer does not charge for the texts, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
  • Stop anytime: Reply STOPto any message to cancel. You’ll get one confirmation, then no further texts from that business.
  • Get help: Reply HELP for help, or email hi@loopcustomer.com or call (650) 447-2848.
  • Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Boost, US Cellular, Cricket, MetroPCS, and other US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

Loop Customer does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your phone number to any third party for marketing purposes. Your number is used only to deliver the SMS program you signed up for.
