When do I get paid?
Payouts run once a month through Stripe. Every commission sits on a short 7-day hold first (so refunds have time to settle), then becomes payable. As long as your balance is at least $25, it pays out in the next monthly run.
How is tracking done?
Every partner gets a unique referral link and QR code. When a business signs up through yours, that referral is locked to your account — clicks and scans are recorded, and the referral qualifies the moment the business's first paid invoice clears. No coupon codes for the merchant to remember.
What counts as a paying business?
A referral becomes qualified when the business you referred starts a real paid Loop Customer subscription and their first invoice clears. Free-plan signups don't earn until they upgrade. Self-referrals — your own business or accounts you control — never qualify.
How do payouts work?
We pay through Stripe, monthly, with a $25 minimum. If your balance is under $25 it simply rolls over to the next month until you cross the threshold. Loop never stores your bank details — you connect your account to Stripe directly and securely, and Stripe sends the money.
What about taxes?
You join as an independent contractor, not an employee, so you're responsible for your own taxes. Stripe collects your tax information during payout setup and issues a 1099 where required. See the full Partner Agreement for the details.
